We currently are not shipping outside of the United States however we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Buy Secure Mat offer international shipping? 

We currently offer within the United States: Standard Tracked Shipping: 12-14 business days 
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

What is your shipping policy?

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What is your return policy?

We recommend washing the mat on a mild, warm cycle in the washing machine.  Bleach or any other cleansing products can be used. The best way to store the mat is to hang it up to dry after each use.

The Secure Mat is made of 100% top-grade Microban & Loofah fabrics, a quick-draining, anti-bacterial material that lets water through and fully drains it at the same time without leaving any ground for mold growth.
